Terms of Service

Parties and Acceptance

This agreement is between the operator of the Ads Sensor service and you, the user of the service. By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you also confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.

Description of the Service

Ads Sensor is an AI-powered ad analytics service (SaaS) that unifies Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Criteo and GA4 data in a single panel. The service is provided through the web panel and the iOS and Android apps. The available features depend on the subscription plan you choose.

Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. You must protect the confidentiality of your credentials, and you are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. For your protection, two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory on every account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

Subscription, Payment, Trial and Cancellation

Ads Sensor is a subscription service with monthly or yearly billing. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan is charged and your subscription begins. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; we never store your card details. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the service remains available until then.

Free Plan and Free Analysis

On the free plan you can connect your ad accounts, view the basic dashboard and receive a one-time free analysis report. The free analysis entitlement is granted once per membership and once per connected ad account and website, for life; the report is frozen at the date it is produced. The same ad account or website cannot receive another free analysis under a different membership. If abuse is detected (for example serial fake sign-ups), the free analysis entitlement may be placed in a review queue or declined. Performance metrics of connected accounts are used for de-identified industry statistics as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with your own ad accounts or accounts you are authorized to manage. The following behavior is prohibited and may lead to suspension of your account.

• Connecting or attempting to connect ad accounts you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineering the service or attempting to access its source code
• Overloading the service with automated tools or attempting to bypass security measures
• Selling or sharing your access with third parties
• Copying the service to build a competing product

Third-Party Platforms

Ads Sensor retrieves data through the official APIs of platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Criteo. These platforms are independent third-party services governed by their own terms, and complying with those terms is your responsibility. Ads Sensor cannot be held liable for outages, restrictions or API changes on those platforms. In such cases we make reasonable efforts to adapt the service as quickly as possible.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Ads Sensor software, design, brand and content are reserved. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the service; it does not transfer any ownership. The data coming from your ad accounts belongs to you; we process it solely to provide the service to you.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The analyses and recommendations produced by Ads Sensor are advisory in nature; final responsibility for advertising budgets and campaign decisions remains with you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ads Sensor is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data. Total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may end your subscription at any time; the service remains available until the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; in cases of serious violation this may happen without prior notice. After termination, your data is deleted in line with the retention rules in our privacy policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We announce significant changes in the panel or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising from it are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rights that users hold under applicable law remain unaffected.
